PESHAWAR (Kamran Ali Shah): The Peshawar High Court (PHC) has dismissed Additional District and Sessions Judge Fida Muhammad from his post for showing incompetence and violating discipline during his service.
According to sources, a departmental disciplinary committee was formed against judicial officer Fida Muhammad, which conducted a detailed inquiry into the allegations made against him.
During the investigation, allegations of negligence in the performance of duties, incompetence and violation of professional discipline were proven against the officer during his service.
Considering the recommendations of the disciplinary committee and the seriousness of the allegations, the Peshawar High Court issued a final decision to remove him from office.
