PESHAWAR: The commander of Jamaat-ul-Ahrar, Qari Hidayatullah, has died after a bomb exploded in Afghanistan.
Security sources have said that Qari Hidayatullah, who was severely injured in an earlier blast in Afghanistan, is no longer alive, as today he met his demise because of the severity of the wounds. He was a foremost figure in making the tragic occurrence of the Police Lines Peshawar explosion and the Meena Bazaar bombings.
The death of Hidayatullah is a very important thing for the terror group Jamaat-ul-Ahrar since it has been the source of a number of the most horrific attacks in Pakistan. Security personnel are of the opinion that the terrorist group’s operational capabilities will be reduced as a result of this elimination.
The Peshawar Police Lines attack that was aimed at law enforcement officers and the Meena Bazaar blast that led to the death and injury of many people, among others, were the militant commander’s most infamous incidents.
After the killing of Hidayatullah, the long fight against the terror in the area will be greatly affected, as per the statements given by the sources.
Attack on Cadet College foiled: All terrorists eliminated, security sources confirm
North Waziristan: Security sources confirm that all terrorists who attacked Cadet College have been neutralized. The suicide bomber who blew himself up during the operation was killed along with his four accomplices in a very quick and efficient operation.
According to Security forces, the law enforcement agencies moved swiftly and in a coordinated manner to kill the attackers. The terrorists attempted to enter the college via the main gate, but the security forces that arrived well in time foiled their nefarious plan, and as such, there was no loss of life among the cadets and staff.
The security forces also raided the college, cleared it, and are now searching the building for any explosives that might have been kept inside.
