Spokesperson Sindh government at Federal level Raja Khaliquzaman has harshly criticized the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in his latest statement, saying that the people of Karachi have completely rejected PTI’s narrative and politics.
The spokesperson clarified that PTI’s influence in Karachi has ended and the people of the city now believe in development politics.
Meanwhile PML-N leader and member of Sindh Assembly Khel Das Kohistani also said on this occasion that the real mandate for development projects in Sindh lies with the Sindh government alone.
He accused PTI of only wanting to entertain the people with empty slogans. The Sindh government says it is working with the federal government on major projects for the development and upliftment of Karachi, including improving transport and infrastructure.
This statement comes at a time when the PTI is trying to re-energize in Karachi and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi is also on a visit to Karachi.
The Sindh government has termed the visit and PTI’s activities as “political gimmicks” and said that the people will not fall for their tricks anymore.
