ISLAMABAD: Defence Minister Khawaja Asif declared on Tuesday that Pakistan’s defence capabilities “beyond all doubt” are impregnable and have stood the test of time.

Speaking on the country’s current security posture, Asif emphasized that while Pakistan remains a peaceful nation of 250 million people desiring economic stability, its territorial integrity remains non-negotiable. He assured the international community that the nation’s security is in “safe hands.”

In a comprehensive policy statement, Defence Minister Khawaja Asif reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to “balanced and constructive relations” based on mutual respect. Addressing concerns regarding regional hegemonic designs, the Minister clarified that Pakistan harbours no aggressive intent but warned that the country’s “impregnable defence” serves as a definitive deterrent against any external provocation.

Amidst a tense regional atmosphere, Federal Minister for Defence Khawaja Asif has issued a reassuring message to the public. Highlighting the resolve of the armed forces, he stated, “Alhamdulillah, our defence is impregnable.” The Minister linked national security directly to the prosperity of 25 crore Pakistanis, stating that the desire for regional peace is backed by a battle-tested military resolve.
