KABUL: A video circulated by Pakistani media and Armed forces appears to show two explosions following reported airstrikes on a key military compound in the Afghan capital.

After careful analysis and geolocation of the footage released, the strikes have been identified as targeting the largest military compound in the Pul-e-Charkhi area, east of Kabul, adjacent to the Kabul–Nangarhar highway.

According to the assessment, both impacts appear to have struck elongated, hangar-like structures located within the perimeter of the compound. The first explosion is assessed to have occurred in the northern section of the facility, while the second struck the south-eastern side.

The reported coordinates of the impacts are including North explosion: 34.561032, 69.367823, Southeast explosion: 34.564363, 69. 369704.There has been no official confirmation from Pakistani or Afghan authorities regarding the strikes, nor have any details been released about potential casualties or damage.

If confirmed, the incident would mark a significant development in regional security dynamics, particularly amid ongoing tensions along the Pakistan–Afghanistan border.
