Pakistan is set to welcome its first-ever official Apple retail store by the end of 2025, marking a major milestone for the country’s tech retail sector. The store will be launched through Airlink Communication, Apple’s premium partner in Pakistan.
According to a recent corporate briefing attended by Topline Securities, Airlink plans to open the outlet at Dolmen Mall Lahore, one of Pakistan’s most popular shopping destinations. The Apple store will operate alongside a Xiaomi outlet in the same location.
This development follows Airlink’s appointment as a premium partner for Apple in September 2024 through GNEXT Technologies, Apple’s authorized distributor in Pakistan. The collaboration aims to expand structured retail access to Apple’s full product lineup.
Airlink earlier stated that the partnership would make it easier for Pakistani customers to purchase iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and accessories through trusted, official channels. Until now, Apple products in Pakistan have mainly been available via resellers, often without official warranties or after-sales support.
The upcoming store is expected to transform Pakistan’s tech retail landscape by ensuring authentic products, improved customer service, and alignment with global Apple retail standards.
During the same corporate briefing, Airlink also announced that it expects a shipment of 10,000 Acer laptops by November as part of a pilot project. If successful, the company plans to transition toward local manufacturing of Acer devices. Additionally, discussions are underway to introduce another mobile phone brand for local production and distribution, though no agreement has been finalized yet.
With these initiatives, Airlink Communication continues to solidify its position as a leading player in Pakistan’s technology and electronics market — and the launch of the first official Apple Store represents a landmark step toward a more authentic and accessible Apple experience for Pakistani consumers.
