ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has rejected recent claims made by the Taliban’s spokesperson, calling them “misleading” and “distorted,” following airstrikes on Taliban positions in Kabul and Nangarhar. The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting confirmed that the strikes were executed with precise targeting which resulted in zero civilian fatalities.

The Ministry of Information confirmed that the airstrikes targeted terrorist hideouts which Afghan Taliban fighters and their Khorasan group allies used as bases. The Taliban used their key ammunition depots and technical infrastructure to launch attacks which the military successfully destroyed.

The statement explained that “The airstrikes were conducted with complete precision to eliminate military objectives which included weapon storage facilities that supported terrorist activities inside Pakistan.” The operations aimed to eliminate militant threats while stopping terrorists from conducting cross-border attacks.

Pakistan also strongly dismissed the Taliban’s allegations that the airstrikes targeted a rehabilitation centre for drug addicts. The statement described such claims as an attempt to distort facts and cover up support for terrorism across the border.

The Ministry confirmed that military strikes were conducted at specific areas which intelligence sources identified as locations containing military equipment used by Afghan Taliban forces and the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) group which has executed multiple terrorist operations in Pakistan.

The public should realize that baseless claims about threats from extra-terrestrial sources serve only to misdirect their attention from more serious matters that exist in the present time.

Operation Ghazab al-Haq: Pakistan airstrikes successfully target Taliban military installations in Afghanistan

Earlier, Pakistan armed forces targeted key military installations of the Afghan Taliban in Kabul and Nangarhar, sources from security agencies reported.

The airstrikes targeted two main sites in Kabul, where Pakistan air forces conducted precise operations that destroyed Taliban technical support systems and ammunition storage sites.

Security sources confirmed that secondary explosions occurred after the strikes, which produced large flames that emerged from the target locations. The airstrikes resulted in the destruction of a large explosives stockpile.

Security sources labelled the statements made by Taliban spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid about a hospital being attacked during the airstrikes as “laughable.” They treated these statements as an attempt to mislead the public.

The Pakistani military successfully conducted operations in Nangarhar through airstrikes which hit four different Taliban military locations. The airstrikes not only destroyed military bases but also attacked nearby logistical centres and ammunition storage sites because they dismantled the Taliban’s operational capacity in the area.

The Taliban military infrastructure throughout Afghanistan faces elimination through Operation Ghazab al-Haq which operates as a continuous mission. The Pakistan Armed Forces will keep conducting their operations until they successfully complete all planned objectives.
