RAWALPINDI: Pakistan defeated Sri Lanka by 6 wickets and won the title of the tri-nation series in a thrilling match held at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

Pakistan had won the toss and opted to bowl, where Sri-Lankan cricket team set a target of 115, which Pakistan cricket team achieved easily and won the title of Tri-Nation Series.

The final match was played at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, and the national team easily achieved the target of 115 runs set by Sri Lanka in the 18th over for the loss of four wickets.

For Pakistan, opener Sahibzada Farhan played an innings of 23 runs, while Saim Ayub was outstanding with 36 runs. Captain Salman Ali Agha could score 14 runs while Fakhar Zaman was dismissed for just 4 runs.

Babar Azam calmly played an unbeaten innings of 32 runs to lead the team to victory; his innings included a four and a six.
