Pakistan celebrates Eid-ul-Fitr with joy and festive spirit
Eid-ul-Fitr is being celebrated across Pakistan today with great religious fervor and enthusiasm, as millions of Muslims mark the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
Special congregational prayers are being held in major cities including Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, and Quetta, as well as in towns and villages across the country. Worshippers are heading to mosques, Eidgahs, and open grounds to offer Eid prayers.
According to reports, millions of faithful are participating in Eid congregations, where special prayers are being offered for the peace, prosperity, and development of the nation, as well as for stability across the Muslim world.
Authorities have implemented strict security arrangements to ensure peaceful celebrations, while civic bodies have made special provisions for cleanliness, water supply, and other facilities around prayer venues.
