ISLAMABAD: Pak Youth Vision, while expressing solidarity with Army Public School victims, reiterated its commitment that the organization will continue to play its full role in promoting peace, patriotism, intellectual and practical training of youth, and national unity, so that a secure, strong, and united Pakistan can be built.
A grand event was organized in memory of the martyrs of the December 16 Army Public School tragedy under the auspices of Pak Youth Vision (PYV) National President Tauqir Abbas. The event was held at the Ministry of Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives, to pay tribute to the martyrs, renew the national resolve against terrorism and extremism, and promote the message of peace, unity, and solidarity among the youth.
The special guests of the event were Minister of State Mubarak Zeb Khan and Muhammad Shahzad Khan (President, Youth Council Pakistan). Minister of State Mubarak Zeb Khan, in his address, paid rich tributes to the martyrs of the APS tragedy and expressed his resolve to effectively raise this issue before the Prime Minister of Pakistan to bring the responsible elements of the APS tragedy to justice so that the demands of justice can be fulfilled.
Muhammad Shahzad Khan, President Youth Council of Pakistan, highlighted the overall situation of the country, especially the challenges faced in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He appreciated the sacrifices of the Pakistan Army and the efforts made for peace and stability, and praised the thinking, passion, and national consciousness of the youth of Pak Youth Vision, while exhorting the youth to play a positive and constructive role.
The program was organized under the leadership of President Pak Youth Vision, Mr. Tauqir Abbas, while National President, Mr. Tauqir Abbas, and National Vice President, Mr. Owais Khan, supervised the event and handled administrative matters as leaders.
A peace walk was also organized on the occasion of the event, which was led by Minister of State Mubarak Zeb Khan and Muhammad Shahzad Khan. The purpose of the peace walk was to give a clear and strong message of remembrance of the martyrs, national unity, and against violence and extremism.
On this occasion, certificates were also distributed among all active members of Pak Youth Vision in recognition of their services, participation, and commitment to the organization.
