PESHAWAR: Opposition Leader in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Dr. Ibadullah and his supporters walked out of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly while protesting the election of a new chief minister before the approval of the resignation of the outgoing Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur.
“When the resignation is accepted and the cabinet is dissolved, then the process of selecting a new Chief Minister will begin”, Opposition Leader Dr Ibadullay Wazir said.
“This is an unconstitutional act and we will not be a part of any unconstitutional act, Opposition Leader Dr. Ibad remarked. He said that PTI itself is making this process suspicious. He said that PTI should wait for two more days, as they already have a majority, and they can elect the Chief Minister at any time.
