ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has released the latest figures of Operation Ghazb-Lil-Haq.

According to the Ministry of Information, serious losses were inflicted on the Afghan Taliban and Fitna al-Khawarij during Operation Ghazb-ul-Haq.
Ministry of Information Atta Tarar has said that 684 operatives of the Afghan Taliban regime were killed and more than 912 were injured in the operation, while 252 check posts were destroyed.

In addition, 44 checkpoints were captured and destroyed, and 229 tanks, armoured vehicles and artillery were also destroyed.
Air strikes targeted 73 terrorist hideouts and their facilitators across Afghanistan.
According to the Minister of Information, on the night of March 14 and 15, Pakistani armed forces targeted the hideouts and various military installations of the Afghan Taliban and Fitna al-Khawarij terrorists.
During the operations, the technical support infrastructure and weapons and equipment storage facilities in Kandahar, which were being used by the Afghan Taliban and terrorists against innocent Pakistani citizens, were also destroyed.
A tunnel was also destroyed in Kandahar, which contained technical equipment of the Afghan Taliban and Fitna al-Kharij.
Similarly, the terrorists’ jump-off point at the Badini post in the Afghan area in the Chitral sector was destroyed through ground operations.
