CALIFORNIA: OpenAI has officially launched ChatGPT Go, its most affordable subscription in Pakistan and 16 other countries of Asia. This will enable additional users to benefit from the popular AI chatbot at a drastically reduced cost.

The launch via the social media platform X, (formally Twitter), was announced by head of ChatGPT Nick Torley. Torley noted that the plan is in direct response to user demands for a cheaper version of ChatGPT.

Previously, OpenAI had launched ChatGPT Go in India and Indonesia, but with this move, it expanded to Pakistan and is now offered in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam.

ChatGPT Go is intended to improve access to OpenAI’s advanced AI, including the forthcoming GPT-5, as well as to premium features. Users will have the complete functionality of the free version, increased image creations, file uploads, advanced data analysis, and more.
