ISLAMABAD: The Anti-Terrorism Court in Islamabad has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders Senator Shibli Faraz, Major (R) Tahir Sadiq, and Ali Nawaz Awan.

Judge Tahir Abbas Supra of the court issued these warrants against the PTI leaders in case number 153/23 registered at Ramna Police Station, which relates to allegations of vandalism and rioting during the appearance of the PTI founder in court. During the hearing of the case, the court also directed the Interior Ministry to issue a letter once again regarding the PTI founder, and a report has been sought regarding Hassan Niazi. It should be remembered that important PTI leaders, Murad Saeed and Hammad Azhar, have already been declared absconders in the case for not appearing.

The Islamabad Anti-Terrorism Court has adjourned further hearing of the case till November 1.
