The armed forces chiefs have issued a special message on the 86th Pakistan Day and congratulated the nation.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Army Chief, Chief of Defence Forces, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Naval Chief Admiral Naveed Ashraf and Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu have congratulated the nation on Pakistan Day.

According to the ISPR, by the grace and mercy of Allah Almighty, our nation is on the path of progress under the banner of democracy and upholding the eternal principles of Islam.

With firm resolve and divine guidance, Pakistan is determined to strengthen its democratic institutions, ensure national security and protect the welfare of its citizens. At a time when our country is grappling with the challenges of terrorism and extremism, the Armed Forces of Pakistan, together with our courageous people and law enforcement agencies, are united and steadfast in eliminating the threats to the security of the country.

The statement said that the Armed Forces of Pakistan, remaining vigilant and steadfast at all times, reiterate their resolve to defend their sacred borders, protect national sovereignty and maintain internal security against all forms of aggression and terrorism.

The ISPR said that Pakistan is a responsible and principled member of the international community, which strives to promote peace, stability and cooperation around the world. It should be noted that Pakistan Day is being celebrated with national enthusiasm and enthusiasm across the country today.
