NORTH WAZIRISTAN: Local leader of the Tabi Tul Khel tribe Malik Naik Marjan appealed to the government to build the Category D hospital for Tehsil Ghulam Khan in an accessible place of people’s choice.
North Waziristan Former provincial assembly candidate and leader of Tabi Tul Khel, Malik Naik Marjan, while holding an emergency press conference with other elders at Miranshah Press Club, said that the Special Assistant to the Provincial Advisor for Relief and Resettlement has inaugurated the hospital at the location of Ghulam Khan, for which we are very grateful, but we demand that the hospital be built at a location in Ghulam Khan where the population is high so that maximum people can benefit from the hospital.
Malik Naik Marjan further said that the hospital should be built at Tabi Tol Khel in the same Ghulam Khan Tehsil so that the population of thousands will benefit. Malik Naik Marjan said that it is not easy to build a hospital in Ghulam Khan at a place where there is no population, and it is not easy to go there, ignoring thousands of people.
Therefore, the hospital to be built for public convenience should be built in the densely populated area of Tabi Tol Khel for the convenience of the people, which is also the ground reality. Malik Naik Marjan further said that we are ready to give the land for the hospital at half the price. Rather, if the government has a budget shortage, we will donate the land for the hospital for free.
He also said that if a few specific groups ignore public opinion and public interest. Then we are determined to take the path of the courts and also start a protest movement. Finally, Malik Naik Marjan appealed and demanded from Provincial Advisor for Relief and Resettlement Naik Muhammad, Deputy Commissioner North Waziristan Muhammad Yousuf Karim Kundi, GOC Seven Dosaran, and District Health Officer not to give priority to the minority over the majority and to take immediate action by recognizing the majority opinion to construct the hospital at the designated place in Tabi Tol Khel in the same Ghulam Khan Tehsil so that thousands of people can benefit from this hospital.
