Senior lawyer of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and former Chief Justice Syed Arshad Hussain Shah has become part of the Federal Constitutional Court.
Senior lawyer of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and former Chief Justice Gilgit-Baltistan, Syed Arshad Hussain Shah has become a judge of the Federal Constitutional Court. The Law Ministry has issued a notification of the judges of the Federal Constitutional Court. According to the notification, a total of six judges will be included in the Constitutional Court, including Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi, Justice Amir Farooq, Justice Ali Baqir Najafi, Justice KK Agha and Justice Rozi Khan from Balochistan. Justice Arshad Hussain Shah has been nominated as a judge of the Constitutional Court from the Peshawar High Court.
After the notification was issued, three judges of the Constitutional Court took oath in the first phase. Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court, Justice Aminuddin Khan, took the oath, while Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi, Justice Amir Farooq, and Justice Ali Baqir Najafi were also present at the oath-taking ceremony.
