Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police has developed a high-tech drone equipped with a laser system. Night vision surveillance cameras, tear gas shells, and mortar shells can also be installed on the drone.
The drone is capable of flying at a speed of 36 kilometers per hour continuously within a radius of about 10 kilometers. According to the Central Police Office, the drone can be equipped with night vision and thermal cameras, as well as tear gas shells and mortar shells. The drone weighs 55 kilograms, is two meters long, and can reach a speed of 36 kilometers per hour. This drone can fly continuously for about an hour and can operate at an altitude of 1,000 meters. According to the CPO, the drone has a payload capacity of up to 10 kilograms and can carry six 61 mm and four 81 mm mortars. The laser system can measure distances from 30 to 1,800 meters.
According to the CPO, the drone can operate both day and night and is also equipped with a modern auto information system, which will help the police in security operations through modern technology.
