PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government on Tuesday issued a notification regarding meat sale during the holy month of Ramazan in order to facilitate citizens.
The Food Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has taken a significant decision for the convenience of the people during the holy month of Ramazan.
According to a notification issued by the Food Department, the ban on the sale of large and small meat on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during Ramadan has been lifted.
After this decision, meat will now be available uninterruptedly throughout the province on all days of the week.
The notification has directed all the concerned authorities and district administrations to ensure the strict implementation of this decision so that the fasting people do not face any difficulty in purchasing meat.
