PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Department has established a four-member fact-finding committee to investigate allegations against Haseena Shaukat, a female officer of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority.
According to the announcement, the committee is expected to submit its report within a month. The inquiry committee will be chaired by the Additional Secretary of Culture and Tourism, and will include the Deputy Secretary and a Section Officer as members.

The announcement also stated that actions will be taken against those responsible based on the findings of the report. Additionally, employees of the authority had submitted a written complaint to the Secretary of Tourism regarding the appointment of the female officer and other related matters.
