Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sohail Afridi said anti-national political parties have been damaging state institutions and democracy for the sake of power.

Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sohail Afridi, while addressing the Insaf Students Federation, said that his political stance has always been within the ambit of the constitution and law. He said that the constitution gives citizens the right to peaceful protest, and the government or the people will continue to exercise this right in any situation.

He said that some conspiratorial elements will try to provoke the youth, but the youth must be wary of anti-national narratives and negative propaganda. That we have always struggled within the ambit of the constitution and law, peaceful protest is our right.

Sohail Afridi warned that anti-national political parties have been damaging institutions and democracy for the sake of power, and they prefer their own interest over the interests of the state. The Chief Minister further said that wrong political culture and politics of chaos were introduced by these same corrupt elements; however, the struggle for true freedom will continue within the ambit of the constitution and law.

He clarified that his goal is to be fully prepared at all levels until the next call of the founder. Sohail Afridi said that peaceful protest and constitutional struggle are the best means of public rights, and every step will be taken thoughtfully so that measures can be taken in the interest of the country and the nation.
