PESHAWAR: The Building Control Authority of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has approved the building plan and established the regularization fees. A notification has been issued outlining the fees for building plans and land use.

According to the notification, the approval or regularization fee for residential buildings is set at Rs 10 per square foot. For commercial buildings, this fee has been fixed at Rs 20 per square foot.

The land use fees are also specified in the notification: the fee for residential land use is Rs 2,000, for commercial land use it is Rs 10,000, and for housing schemes, it has been set at Rs 100,000.

All fees must be paid according to the prescribed procedure, and no services will be provided without full payment. The current notification supersedes previous ones, which are now considered null and void effective immediately.\
