Amid global false propaganda of the Indian media, the Modi government has been forced to impose a ban on the ratings of its own news channels.

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has suspended the rating charts of Indian news channels for four weeks in the wake of the recent war in Iran.

According to renowned analyst Mansoor Ali Khan, Indian news channels are broadcasting so much “fake news” and unreal news in the pursuit of ratings that a very embarrassing situation has arisen for India at the international level.

India was under intense diplomatic pressure from Middle Eastern countries to rein in the language of its media, as these channels were constantly spreading fabricated stories about the war.

The behavior of these channels is also surprising because they are lying in a war that India has nothing to do with.It was feared that these channels might even claim for ratings that US President Trump and the Iranian President had called Indian Prime Minister Modi and “requested” to stop the war.

Analysts say that the Indian media has traditionally lied against Pakistan, but now the habit of sensationalizing even in international crises has ruined India’s reputation. To avoid this disgrace, the government has closed the ratings charts so that the competition between channels for cheap fame and lying can end.
