The propaganda spread by fake news factories in India and Afghanistan about the health of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan for the past several days has finally died.

After meeting her brother in Adiala Jail, the founder’s sister, Uzma Khan, confirmed that he is healthy. Uzma Khan was allowed to meet him after special permission from the Adiala Jail authorities. Talking to the media after the meeting, Uzma Khan said that the founder’s health is good and there is no truth in the news spread about him. However, she also claimed that the founder is being kept in solitary confinement.

During this meeting, a large number of PTI leaders and workers were also present outside the jail, including PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, Barrister Ali Zafar, and Latif Khosa, among many important figures. Barrister Gohar, while welcoming the meeting of the founder and his sister, demanded that the PTI founder be allowed to meet his sons.

Earlier, the PTI had taken out a protest rally from Parliament House to the Islamabad High Court against the non-existence of a meeting with the PTI founder, in which Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assembly members also participated. PTI workers blocked the motorway at the Swabi interchange and shouted strong slogans. Later, the protesters dispersed after the news of Uzma Khan’s meeting came. The PTI provincial leadership also announced to hold a big public rally in Peshawar on December 7.

Minister of State Talal Chaudhry said that the founder of PTI has reached this point due to his own actions. According to him, the issue of the meeting is being used as a sympathy card. He said that the government does not want to impose Governor’s rule, but should not be forced, because the PTI itself wants such a situation to arise.

The Prime Minister’s Advisor on Political Affairs, Rana Sanaullah, also made important revelations. According to him, Uzma Khan was allowed to meet the founder of PTI on the condition that she would not hold a press conference later.

Rana Sana claimed that a big protest plan was made on November 26, the fabric of which was connected to the meetings held in the jail, which is why the meetings had to be stopped for a few days. He said that the founder had a heavy breakfast at 9:30 am and had a meal of his choice at 2:30 pm. He also said that an hour ago, a meeting was arranged with the founder’s wife, Bushra Bibi.

Meanwhile, Barrister Ali Zafar said in his statement that the founder of PTI is being deprived of basic facilities in solitary confinement. Talking to the media, he said that it is good that the family met, because the founder has conveyed some instructions through his sister, and now the future strategy will be decided according to these instructions.
