The Indian army poured oil on our houses to deliberately set fire, and they  are still waiting for justice even after more than 32 years , the family of the victim of the Sopore massacre in Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir recalled January 06 1993.

On January 6, 1993, India targeted unarmed Kashmiri civilians in Sopore. The firing in Sopore was a well-planned conspiracy of Indian beasts. In this regard, the victims of the Sopore tragedy say that the Indian soldiers shifted the martyrs to 3 places and falsely claimed to have died in crossfire. The Indian army loaded our property in their trucks and fled from the scene.

The victims said that the Indian army poured oil on our houses and deliberately set them on fire. The Border Security Force killed innocent lives at several places, including a passenger bus, by firing. According to official figures, more than 60 people were killed by firing and burning alive on January 6, 1993. Human rights organizations had termed the incident a massacre.
