Defence Minister Khawaja Asif said that Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan sister comments on Indian channel have deepen party’s trouble.
Defence Minister said that, the recent comments made by the sister of the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) founder on Indian media have served as the “final nail in the coffin” for the party.
Speaking to reporters, the minister stated that the establishment had never taken such steps in the past, but PTI leaders had long asserted that without their founder, there is no Pakistan.
He criticised individuals residing abroad who, according to him, use social media platforms to malign Pakistan and its armed forces, engaging in abusive language without facing condemnation from PTI’s leadership.
Responding to a question, Asif said that PTI was responsible for the events of May 9.
He added that the toxic environment seen today was created by PTI itself, and the reaction emerging against it is entirely justified.
