Islamabad High Court on Wednesday Grants 10-Day Transit Bail to YouTubers Rajab Butt and Nadeem Naniwala.
Justice Inam Amin Minhas conducted the hearing and approved a 10-day transit bail for YouTubers Rajab Butt and TikToker Nadeem Naniwala.
During the proceedings, the petitioners’ counsel requested a 15-day transit bail, noting that a separate case was also registered against them in Karachi.
However, Justice Minhas granted a 10-day transit bail instead, directing both individuals to approach the relevant court within this period.
The court ordered Rajab Butt and Nadeem Naniwala to contact the concerned trial court within ten days for further legal proceedings.
The IHC, under the supervision of Justice Raja Inaam Ameen Minhas, had previously issued an order for Butt and Naniwala to appear before the court today.
The cases against the two include charges related to cybercrime, as well as their involvement in promoting gaming apps and other controversial activities.
