The Islamabad High Court (IHC) approved protective bail to Youtuber Rajab Butt and TikToker Nadeem Naniwala, and prevent their arrest upon arrival at Islamabad Airport.
Justice Raja Inam Amin of the Islamabad High Court issued the orders, instruct that neither Rajab Butt nor Nadeem Naniwala be arrested when they arrived in Islamabad.
The court has directed both influencers to personally appear before the court tomorrow.
Lawyer Ahad Khokhar represented the petitioners in court. Multiple cases, including allegations related to cybercrime and other purported violations, have been registered against them across different jurisdictions.
