ISLAMABAD: Honda Pakistan has introduced an interest-free instalment scheme for customers keen to purchase a variety of motorcycles, in collaboration with Bank Alfalah, offering relief amid rising inflation.

Under the limited-time offer, Honda’s popular models, CD 70, CG 125, and CG 150, can now be purchased through monthly instalments using Bank Alfalah credit cards.

According to bank officials, no interest will be charged under the scheme; however, customers will be required to pay processing fees and federal excise duty.

Availability of motorcycles will remain subject to stock.

As per details, the Honda CD 70, priced at Rs 159,900, can be purchased on monthly instalments of Rs 26,650. The CG 125 and CG 150 models are also included in the interest-free instalment plan, eliminating the need for a large upfront payment.

According to the bank, the processing fee depends on the chosen tenor. A one-time fee of 1.99 per cent will be charged for 3 months, 5.99 per cent for a 6-month period and 11.99 per cent for 12 months.

The official price of the Honda CG 150 is Rs 459,900, while the net price after processing fees is Rs 450,999.

If a 3-month term is chosen, the monthly instalment will be approximately Rs 150,333; in case of 6 months, the instalment is Rs 75,167; while in case of 12 months, the monthly instalment is approximately Rs 37,583. However, the final amount may include FED and other regional taxes.
