KARACHI: Gold prices have significantly dropped in the Pakistani market over the past two days. Yesterday, gold prices decreased by Rs 24,300, and within this period, the total decrease has reached Rs 32,400.
Today, the price of gold per tola fell by another Rs 8,100, bringing the new price to Rs 491,362. Similarly, the price of ten grams of gold decreased by Rs 6,945, resulting in a new price of Rs 421,263.
In the global market, gold prices have also declined, with a drop of $81 per ounce, bringing the price to $4,686. Additionally, the price of silver in Pakistan has decreased by Rs 50 per tola, now standing at Rs 7,684.
