ISLAMABAD: Google has officially introduced Gemini 3, its most advanced artificial intelligence model to date, marking a major leap forward in the company’s AI ambitions.

The new model is now accessible through the Gemini app and Google’s AI-powered search interface, offering users more accurate reasoning, deeper contextual understanding, and more nuanced responses than any previous version.

The launch comes just days after OpenAI rolled out its own next-generation model, GPT-5.1, intensifying the competition in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

According to Google, Gemini 3 showcases significant improvements in logical reasoning, enabling the model to interpret complex queries and subtle distinctions with an intelligence level the company claims to have “never seen before” in its systems.

Alongside the base model, Google has also announced Gemini 3 DeepThink, a research-focused variant designed for advanced problem-solving. It will be available to Google AI Ultra subscribers in the coming weeks.

Google revealed that the Gemini app now has more than 650 million monthly users, reflecting the platform’s explosive global growth since its launch.

The company also introduced Google Antigravity, a powerful code-generation environment built on Gemini. The interface offers multi-agent coding capabilities, featuring a chat-style prompt window similar to ChatGPT and an integrated browser view. According to Google, Antigravity agents can work seamlessly with a user’s browser and editor to help build high-quality software more efficiently.
