Gold prices in the country experienced a notable increase on Monday, with the price per tola rising by Rs 3,900 to reach Rs 4,75,962.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association, the price of 10 grams of gold also saw a rise, increasing by Rs 3,343 to Rs 4,08,060.
Additionally, gold prices in the global market rose, with the price per ounce increasing by $39 to $4,532, which also affected the local market.
Furthermore, the price of silver also recorded an uptick, rising by Rs 70 to Rs 7,524 per tola. It is worth noting that on Saturday, the price of gold had already increased by Rs 4,800, bringing the price to Rs 4,72,062 per tola.
