The price of gold per ounce in the international bullion market has decreased by $10, bringing its new price down to $3,740. This decline has also affected local bullion markets in Pakistan, where gold and silver prices continued to drop on Friday.
The price of 24-karat pure gold per tola across the country fell by Rs1,000, reaching Rs395,800. In addition, the price of gold per 10 grams decreased by Rs858, now available for Rs339,334.
Silver prices also experienced a decline. The cost of silver per tola decreased by Rs64, bringing it to Rs4,599, and silver per 10 grams dropped by Rs55, now priced at Rs3,942.
