ISLAMABAD: The price of gold across the country has decreased slightly today after increasing by thousands of rupees yesterday.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of 24-carat gold per tola in the Sarafa market on Saturday recorded a decrease of Rs 1,600, taking the price to Rs 422,562.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold has decreased by Rs 1,372, bringing the new price to Rs 362,278.
Yesterday, the price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold also increased by Rs 4,544 to Rs 363,650.
The fluctuation in gold prices continues at the domestic and international levels, but it is expected that global prices may fluctuate further.
On the other hand, gold per ounce fell by $ 16 in the global market to $ 4,02, while silver per ounce fell by $ 48.65 in the global market.
Likely, the price of silver per tola has fallen by Rs 65 to Rs 5,127, while the price of 10 grams of silver has fallen by Rs 56 to Rs 4,395.

KARACHI: After experiencing a significant increase for one day, the price of gold in Pakistan has dropped again on Thursday due to fluctuations in global rates.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold decreased by Rs1,000 per tola, bringing it down to Rs418,862. In the local market, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold fell by Rs857, settling at Rs359,106. Similarly, 10 grams of 22-karat gold were priced at Rs329,300, which is a reduction of Rs678 compared to the previous day
