KARACHI: The gold market in Pakistan recorded a sharp recovery on Tuesday following a record Rs 34000 per Tola decline the other day.
According to the All Sarafa Association, the price of gold per tola increased by Rs 16,300, reaching Rs 464,062. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold rose by Rs 13,975 to settle at Rs 397,858.
Silver prices also saw an upward trend, with the rate per tola increasing by Rs 570 to Rs 7,454. In the international market, gold gained 163, bringing the global price per ounce to 4,413.
Gold prices have seen consecutive fluctuations in the last several months, and a massive increase has been recorded over time.
