PESHAWAR: The price of gold in the local market remained stable today Monday morning as last night the prices increased up to 4,44,162, after which gold price per tola has reached by Rs 5,300 to Rs 444,162.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, this big increase in gold price after remaining stable for two days has come about due to a $ 53 increase in the price of gold per ounce in the global market. Accordingly, the price of 10 grams of gold has also increased by Rs 4,544 to Rs 3,80,797.

Last night the price of silver has also increased, as a result of which silver per tola has increased by Rs 267 to Rs 5,909.

Gold prices continue to rise globally, where gold has reached $4,218 per ounce after an increase of $53, which has also had an impact on the local market.

Experts said that due to the rising prices of gold in the global market and the domestic economic situation, investors are more inclined towards gold, due to which fluctuations in gold prices are being seen at the local level.
