Gold prices have recorded a significant decline of Rs. 8,600, after which the new prices are as follows:

On the previous business day (February 12), the price of gold per tola remained stable at Rs. 5,28,562.

Global gold prices fell by $86, after which gold reached $4,972 per ounce. (According to some sources, the price is trading around $4,970).

Along with gold, silver prices have also declined. Silver per tola has fallen by Rs501 to Rs8,324.

The main reason for this major decline in gold prices is said to be the decline in gold prices in the global market and the improvement in the value of the rupee against the dollar.

According to experts, changes in global interest rates and geopolitical situations are directly affecting gold prices.
