KARACHI: The gold prices have broken all their records as a massive jump oRs 21,200 was reported in a single day on Thursday in the local market after a surge in its prices in the international market.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, after this increase, the price of gold per tola has reached Rs 572,862. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold has increased by Rs 9,345 to Rs 456,157.

Similarly, the price of ten grams of gold increased by Rs18,175 to Rs491,136.

According to information received from the bullion market, the price of gold per ounce in the international bullion market increased by another $212 to a new high of $5,504.
Its effects were also felt in the local market, after which the price of gold per tola at the national level increased by Rs21,200 on the second day, and the new price of one tola of gold reached Rs572,862, the highest level in the country’s history.

For the first time in Pakistan, gold has reached Rs 500,000 per tola. On the other hand, the price of gold in the global market has exceeded $ 5,000 per ounce for the first time. The price of gold in the global market has decreased by $ 109 to $ 5,097 per ounce.

According to the association’s announcement, the price of silver per tola has increased by Rs 627 to Rs 11,428. It should be noted that the price of gold has increased by 17 per cent this year.
