PESHAWAR: Former Provincial Minister Taimur Saleem Jhagra blamed some officers Election Commissioner for rigging in his constituency and there are allegations that some officers were paid 100 million rupees.

Taimur Saleem Jhagra said that the lawyer who is the lawyer in the election tribunal against him was also the lawyer of the Presiding officers, the presiding officers approached the court to stop the inquiry but the court will not accept the request to stop the anti-corruption enquiry.

Action should be taken against presiding officers or anyone else who has signed the form, Taimur Saleem Jhagra said. There are allegations that money Rs. 100 million has been distributed among these officers. Taimur Saleem Jhagra he said that two presiding officers gave statements that the official form that was uploaded is fake.

The Election Commission has been sleeping for six months and now the Election Commission is writing a letter to the provincial government. I was told that no one from the Advocate General’s Office appeared in the case to support the election commission.

Taimur Saleem Jhagra demanded that there should have been a government-level investigation into the rigging in the election. I want to give a message to PTI workers to come out and participate in the September 27 PTI rally.
