TORKHAM: As many as five Afghan nationals, including a female, have been deported by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Immigration Circle in a drive against illegal entry at the Torkham border terminal.
FIA spokesperson told local newsmen that the move was made after authorities detected different modes of forgery and attempts at illegal entry during routine checks on immigration.
Details of the Incident
Three persons were caught using passports of lookalikes to travel into Pakistan.
A person was in possession of a passport that had a forged immigration stamp.
The fifth person possessed no travelling documents at all.
All the five Afghan nationals were deported right back to Afghanistan after screening.
