PESHAWAR: An FIR has been filed with respect to the case of PTI leader Sanam Javed’s reported abduction upon direction from Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur.
According to CM Gandapur’s spokesperson, the FIR was filed at the Sharqi Police Station in Peshawar on behalf of Advocate Hira Babar, daughter of Muhammad Babar Shoaib.
CM Gandapur has directed a thorough and transparent investigation to be made into the incident. Legal efforts have begun to apprehend those unknown in Sanam Javed’s case of the alleged abduction. The KP government stated that there will be punishment for all those found to be involved in this unlawful act.
The government is fully dedicated to providing justice for Sanam Javed, using all means at its disposal. CM’s spokesperson further said that in the province, the protection of justice, the law, and dignity is demonstrated through action rather than words.

Sanam Javed was alleged to have been abducted close to the Civil Officers Mess in Peshawar Cantt. CM spokesperson added, “When the chief minister is strong, decisions are also strong.”
