NORTH WAZIRISTAN: The Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (South) has inaugurated a special help desk aimed at promoting social welfare in Dosli, North Waziristan.
The purpose of this help desk is to support and enhance the self-reliance of the local population. As part of the Apna Rozgar scheme, essential equipment has been provided for tailor shops, motorcycle and bicycle repair services, small grocery stores, and mobile repair shops.
Additionally, the initiative includes the provision of wheelchairs, artificial limbs, hearing aids, medical facilities, financial and educational assistance, and warm clothing for disabled individuals.
Elders and youth from Dosli, Asad Khel, Garium, and other areas of Waziristan participated actively in the event. The local brigade commander of the Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (South) welcomed the attendees, and many deserving families in the area benefited from this welfare initiative.
The local residents expressed their gratitude to the security forces, viewing this initiative as a vital step towards promoting social harmony, self-reliance, and public welfare in the community.
