PESHAWAR: Unidentified gunmen shot and killed the famous stage dancer Muneeba Shah in Peshawar.
The police reported that the incident took place in the jurisdiction of Machni Gate Police Station on Warsak Road when Muneeba Shah was riding a rickshaw and going to Ring Road. The rickshaw was stopped by the unknown gunmen who then opened fire.
The shooting resulted in Muneeba Shah getting hit by several bullets and dying instantly, whereas the rickshaw driver got critically injured.

Following the incident, the police reached the place of incident, shifted the dead body to the hospital for postmortem. The police have started an inquiry to find out the reason behind the killing and the gunmen’s identities.
