SWAT: The Earthquake tremors were felt in different parts of the Swat district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Sunday afternoon. However, no damages have been reported as yet.
According to the local people, the earthquake tremors were felt in Mingora, Charbagh, Barikot, Kabal, Bahrain, and Khwazkhela in other areas.
People came out of their homes and offices while reciting Quranic verses.
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department, the earthquake was recorded at a magnitude of 1.4 and a depth of 218 kilometres.
The epicentre of the earthquake was the Hindu Kush region of Afghanistan, Tajikistan.
