LOWER DIR: The Lower Dir Police on Sunday released a list of touts who were involved in obtaining police services in various areas by accepting money or incentives from individuals.

The development came through a statement issued by the Lower District District Police Officer, Taimor Khan, which states that the DPO has instructed all Station House Officers (SHOs) to prominently display the names, addresses, and photographs of these individuals at all police stations, outposts, police lines, and guardhouses.

These individuals are completely banned from entering official police facilities, including police lines, all police stations, outposts, and guardhouses.

These instructions are being implemented consistently, and people involved in touting would be sent behind bars.

The Dir police statement said that 36 such individual had been blacklisted and their names were made public.
