PESHAWAR: The ‘Dastak Public Service Delivery Portal’, a prominent move to simplify citizen services in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, continues to have a strong impact on public ease and government revenue generation.
The official data showed that the number of people who registered their vehicles through the Dastak portal was 189,000. Moreover, 247,511 persons have taken arms licenses from the platform, of which 211,033 have been issued.
The arms license service has made a revenue of PKR 2.4 billion for the province. Besides, a total of 75,000 vehicles have been registered, which is a remarkable contribution to the provincial income.

The authorities acknowledge the portal for not only facilitating access to services like vehicle registration and arm licensing but also for providing transparency, effectiveness, and overall user satisfaction.
