A complete curfew will be imposed in Tehsil Sarwakai of Upper South Waziristan from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm on October 03, 2025.
According to the administration, during the curfew, a complete ban will be imposed on all types of movement in the affected areas, while all markets and bazaars will remain closed. According to the notification, movement on the following routes will be strictly prohibited during the curfew: Kandahar to Splatoi, Burund to Mawle Khan Sarai.
The administration has instructed the citizens that travel can be done only in case of emergency after obtaining permission from the police or security forces and submitting identity cards and necessary documents.
It has been further instructed that ordinary vehicles should be moved off the road near security forces vehicles at a distance of at least 100 meters so that any untoward incident can be avoided. The district administration has appealed to the public to cooperate during the curfew and strictly implement the instructions.
