PESHAWAR: The Honourable Chief Justice and the other Judges of the Peshawar High Court (PHC) have expressed their deep concern and dismay over the unfortunate incidents that occurred on Friday, October 3, 2025.
They have firmly stated that such incidents are unacceptable and that no leniency will be shown to those responsible. A committee has been established to investigate the matter, and appropriate remedial and corrective measures will be implemented to prevent any recurrence of similar incidents.

Additionally, the Honourable Chief Justice and Judges have reaffirmed that the sanctity, dignity, and decorum of the High Court and its premises must be preserved and will not be compromised under any circumstances.
