HANGU: Civil Society took out a rally in solidarity with Pakistan’s armed forces and in support of Operation Ghazab Lil Haq in Hangu district on Sunday.
At the call of the trade union president, people in Hangu took out a rally to express solidarity with the Pakistani army, in which trade union leaders, journalists and other civil society members participated in full force.
The participants of the rally raised slogans in favour of the Pakistani army and demonstrated national spirit.
Addressing the rally, AC Shujaat Ali Khan, senior journalist Tariq Mughal, Israr Ahmed Orakzai, Zafar Iqbal of Bazar Sadr, Malik Syeda Khan and other speakers said that those who spread poisonous propaganda against the Pakistani army will have to eat their fill.
The speakers said that the Pakistani army is the army of 260 million people and Pakistan’s defence is invincible.
The speakers further said that the entire nation stands with the Pakistani army in the ongoing war against terrorism, and public solidarity is a manifestation of all possible cooperation.
