SOUTH WAZRIRISTAN: In a major development Pakistan Army, Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa  and National Logistics Cell, the cargo terminal at Angoor Adda border was inaugurated Saturday.

The cargo terminal, equipped with all kinds of modern facilities, was constructed in a short period of one month. A large number of Pakistan Army officers, tribal elders, local traders and the public attended the inauguration ceremony.The public paid rich tribute to the joint efforts of the Pakistan Army, federal and provincial authorities and institutions. Tribal elders described the constructed terminal as a symbol of peace, development and prosperity.

After the ceremony, the public performed traditional dances and raised slogans of “Pakistan Zindabad”. The inauguration of the cargo terminal at the border trading post will have positive results for the economy of Waziristan. The opening ceremony concluded with prayers for peace, security in the country and economic prosperity of South Waziristan.
